Live Reactions


  • Yes, live reactions are here. Attendees can now use emojis during a meeting.

PowerPoint Live


  • Gives presents control and confidence, while providing a more interactive and inclusive experience to your audience.
  • Presenters can now view notes, slides, attendees and chat from a single view. Attendees can navigate content at their own pace.

Teams Webinar


  • Ability to conduct Interactive webinars directly within Teams for 1,000 attendees
  • Live reactions and moderation controls to
    disable chat, audio and video for attendees
  • New custom registration options
  • Updated presentation options
  • Post-event reporting:
    o Report on participation levels
    o Download reports to review or use data to produce your own reports.

Teams Connect


  • Now more than ever, data is being stored on non-business mobile devices.
  • According to Sophos Labs, mobile devices are being targeted by more than 1.5 million new incidents of malware.
  • Encourage employees to set a PIN or passcode, use mobile device management tools to help locate and manage lost or stolen devices, and keep any devices used for work purposes clean.

Presenter Mode


  • Improve your presentations by customising the feel of your presentation and how you appear to your audience.
  • There are 3 modes available:
    • Standout shows your video feed as a silhouette in front of the shared content.
    • Reporter places content as a visual aid above your shoulder just like a news story.
    • Side-by-side displays your video feed next to your content, and will auto-adjust the layout.

Dynamics 365 Integration for Teams


  • Rolling out this April, users will be able to leverage the power of Teams directly from Dynamics 365. Place calls, start or continue chats, hold meetings and collaborate without having to switch over to Teams.
  • Directly from Teams, you can now share content from Dynamics 365.

Microsoft Attack Simulation
