Microsoft have recently launched version 10 of Internet Explorer, however this has been known to cause compatibility issues with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Whilst this may not have any impact on you currently, the latest Windows Updates may include the IE10 upgrade, and so we wanted to make you aware of the situation and provide you with a solution.

Please see the below instructions on how to rectify the issue.

1. Open Internet Explorer 10 and press the ‘Alt’ key on your keyboard to bring up the Menu bar. From the Menu bar, select ‘Tools’ and then ‘Compatibility View settings’.

2. Type in the URL for your CRM (in this example and then click on the ‘Add’ button. Then click ‘Close’.

3. Close and re-open your CRM website or Outlook for the changes to take effect.
