Engage Support Portal is here!

Our customers asked, and we delivered; very excited to announce that we have launched our Customer Self-Service Portal, named to encompass what it is sure to help us do more of with our customers – Engage!

The portal was designed to facilitate raising and maintenance of support queries, visibility of the status of open queries, and will evolve over time into a one-stop-shop repository of knowledgebase guides and articles, project plans and other resources to streamline the way we interact with our customers, and they with us.

We have initially onboarded a small percentage of our customer base, and will be phasing the roll-out across the coming months. We’d love to hear from you if you’re an existing customer and would be interested in becoming an early adopter.
