  • Evorio expands!
    • We are delighted to welcome two new members to the team, both joining the company in the last few months. Paul Buck joins us as Account Manager and will be the point of contact for new and some existing clients. Paul has a wealth of experience in both hardware and software and is a valuable addition to the company. Pauline Prior has also joined us as Financial Controller, taking over accountancy responsibilities for the business. These recent additions to the team are another example of our intention to grow the business by selectively adding the very best people. Welcome Paul and Pauline!
  • Avnet Embedded adopts Microsoft CRM with Evorio
    • Avnet Embedded, the embedded product business division of Avnet Inc. asked Evorio to assist their IT team to migrate their UK Microsoft CRM system over to their Germany datacentres. Avnet Inc. is a Fortune 500 company and is the leading distributor of semiconductors worldwide and Avnet Embedded use Microsoft CRM to assist with the Sales and Marketing process, making the CRM software business critical. The need for a rapid and seamless transition was of the highest priority. Evorio worked closely with the Avnet Embedded IT team to ensure a successful and smooth transition while the redeployment took place.
  • New website launched!
    • After our recent move to new offices, the next progression was to also upgrade our website. The new site now more closely reflects our professional knowledgeable approach to IT and CRM services. Managing Director, Richard Sharp, commented: “the new website was an opportunity for us to clearly communicate our services, our technical standing and the value we bring to our clients. We have so much experience across the company it is important we convey those skills through our website.
  • Staying ahead of the game - CRM Dynamics v5.0
    • It may still be a long way off, but Microsoft US is already consulting with Evorio for the next edition of Microsoft Dynamics CRM: version 5.0. Details of the next edition cannot be divulged here but what we can say is that recommendations Evorio has put forward for the next edition have already been factored into version 5.0. This is another sign of Evorio’s continued close relationship with Microsoft together with Microsoft’s desire to engage with Evorio for our business-implementation experience.
  • Evorio launches ‘Cost Audit’ Service
    • Evorio is known for its CRM consultancy skills, but as part of recent CRM deployments they have been asked by clients to help eliminate unnecessary costs in wider IT and telephony areas. This has resulted in Evorio launching its Cost Audit service to existing and new CRM clients. The Cost Audit is specifically designed to assess a client’s IT and Telephony costs and advise where savings can be made. For example, printing costs can be significantly reduced (up to 40%) as well as ISP or mobile phone provider costs also being targets for cost reduction.   • Microsoft invites Evorio to speak at Convergence Copenhagen
    • Last month saw Microsoft’s annual Convergence Copenhagen conference to end users of the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio. This year, the event gained its highest ever audience of over 4000 delegates. Evorio was one of only two UK partners invited to speak at the event, and Evorio Managing Director Richard Sharp, talked the participants through one of our latest implementations of Microsoft CRM for Paper Round. Paper Round provides recycling services to offices in London and our implementation of Microsoft CRM allowed the client to effectively track and manage their carbon reduction projects as well as manage their own customer meetings more effectively to further reduce their carbon footprint. This is the second time Evorio has been invited to speak at Convergence, last year’s presentation being focused on one of the largest Dynamics implementations at that time – Evorio’s deployment of Microsoft CRM for Abacus Group PLC.
